Participation & Media Release

This notice serves as a release and disclaimer for all participants in any virtual sessions conducted via any online or virtual platform (including but not limited to Zoom), coaching calls, webinars, livestreams, courses, programs, and all live or in-person events (collectively, “Sessions or Events”). By registering for, joining, attending, or participating in any past, present, or future Sessions or Events, you acknowledge and agree that such Sessions or Events may be recorded and documented.

You consent to the capture and use of any video recordings, audio recordings, photographs, screenshots, screen recordings, chat messages, written submissions, questions, comments, likeness, name, voice, and any other content or materials you voluntarily share or that are captured during Sessions or Events (collectively, “Content”). You grant the organization the unrestricted, perpetual, worldwide right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, and create derivative works from such Content for training, educational, marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes, in any medium now known or later developed, without compensation.
